Location: Grandview, WA (Onsite)
Shift Requirements: 12-hour shifts – work 1 month on days and the next month on nights.
2-week scheduling example:
- 3 on (Mon Tues, Wed) 2 off (Th, Fri)
- 3 on (Sat, Sun, Mon); 3 off (Tues, Wed, Th)
- On 2 (Fri, Sat) Off 3 (Sun, Mon, Tues).

Our client is a leading provider of premium fruit and vegetable-based juices and ingredients. With over 40 years of experience in the food processing industry, they offer an extensive range of products, including juices, purees, concentrates, essences, fibers, seeds, seed oils, and seed powders.
The Processing Supervisor will oversee all juice processing operations, managing two lines that service presses and decanters, and 25 direct reports. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role requires close collaboration with both the Production Manager and the Procurement (Planning) Department to ensure the daily production schedule is efficiently mapped out and met.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership, resource allocation, and planning to foster a high-performance team, with a focus on improving safety, productivity, sanitation, product quality, and cost efficiency. The Processing Supervisor will play a key role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Successful candidates MUST HAVE 2+ years of Supervisory experience within a food or beverage manufacturing facility and have strong familiarity with PM’s, HACCP, CCP, and GMP guidelines.
Must be permanently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $70,000 – $85,000 starting salary compensation range

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Directs planning and processes for juice manufacturing (NFC, Concentrates, Purees).
- Coordinates with the Purchasing/Planning Director to schedule raw materials and processing.
- Ensures efficient and safe execution of the processing schedule to meet throughput goals.
- Supports the Production Manager in mentoring staff to build a strong team.
- Assists in developing and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Partners with the Production Manager on staff training, coaching, counseling, and discipline to meet operational objectives.
- Fully trains staff on juice, puree, and concentrate production processes.
Competencies Needed for Success:
- 2+ years of Supervisory / Management experience in food or beverage processing.
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience for 10 or more direct personnel.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to quickly learn and navigate new software programs.
- Knowledgeable in shipping and receiving documentation, software, and tracking systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with management.
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
