Business Development Manager – Food Ingredients

Rapidly growing, international manufacturer of ingredients for food and beverage manufacturers in the US.

Newly created position due to growth!

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy to ensure full capacity of product. 
  • Take ownership of existing accounts and establish new accounts nationwide. 
  • Identify opportunities, initiate product presentations, and offer technical and commercial solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and monitor strategic plans, sales and forecasting.

Competencies Needed for Success:

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience with ingredients and/or flavors for food and beverage manufacturers, including dairy, bakery, confectionery, snack foods, and shelf-stable foods. 
  • Experience managing a sales/marketing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
