Rapidly growing, international manufacturer of ingredients for food and beverage manufacturers in the US.
Newly created position due to growth!
Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Develop and implement sales strategy to ensure full capacity of product.
- Take ownership of existing accounts and establish new accounts nationwide.
- Identify opportunities, initiate product presentations, and offer technical and commercial solutions to new and existing customers.
- Develop and monitor strategic plans, sales and forecasting.
Competencies Needed for Success:
- 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience with ingredients and/or flavors for food and beverage manufacturers, including dairy, bakery, confectionery, snack foods, and shelf-stable foods.
- Experience managing a sales/marketing team.
- Bachelor’s degree.
