Kinsa is recruiting for a: Sales Supervisor – Shelf Stable and Refrigerated Food Items

Location: Wood-Ridge, NJ (Hybrid)

Mission: 
Our client, a producer of premium food products, is looking for a Sales Supervisor to add to their team.  

Successful candidates MUST HAVE experience in a food processing plant environment (and/or other singular qualifier under Competencies/Culture below).

Compensation: 80-90k, additional bonus opportunity

What you’ll be responsible for: 
Provide trade feedback and insights to the VP and all Key Marketing representatives
Develop and Implement the Sales Strategic and Brand Management Programs
Design programs to achieve distribution objectives for Key Customers and Key Distribution
Channels
Design programs to achieve distribution objectives for new product portfolio.
Manage selling expenses within budget
Implement Risk Management Systems for the Department
Manage the Financial budget – units sold, revenue, gross profit, and gross profit margin
Evaluate Sales Team performance against KPI’s on quarterly, semi-annually and annual basis
Manage a proper pricing mechanism through deals and discounts and other strategic programs
as per annual business plan and monthly agreed programs
Monthly Sales analysis by key customer, routes, and key channels, and key products to provide guidance to VP and Sales Team for achievement of targets and business plans

Competencies/Culture:    
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
5+ Years of Sales OR Marketing experience in a food processing
Experience with SAP
Knowledge of Retail Grocery Industry
Project Management Skills
Experience leading a team
