Location: Port Washington, WI (On-site, Monday – Friday)

The Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for analyzing and implementing production, materials, and capacity requirements to meet customer demand. This role involves applying advanced material management concepts and controls to ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout operations, maximizing schedule efficiency and meeting customer expectations. Additionally, the Planner will serve as the primary point of contact for order fulfillment, developing and managing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
Successful candidates MUST be able to commute to Port Washington, WI 5 days a week AND have 2+ years of experience in planning / supply chain within a CPG co-pack or manufacturing company.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $60,000 – $65,000 compensation range

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

Manage and use company systems for daily planning, scheduling, purchasing, and capacity management.

Process and analyze customer orders and forecasts.

Create and implement production plans to efficiently meet customer needs.

Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order fulfillment and production-related inquiries.
Competencies Needed for Success:
-
Prior experience (2+ years) in Materials Planning/Supply Chain Management.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related area.

Strong understanding of MRP concepts and ERP system functionality.

Customer Service / Customer Facing Experience is strongly desired, as this role is Customer-Facing.

Strong analytical/problem solving skills and possess PC Skills including Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as experience with Google suite, MRP Software, Inventory software, and order processing.

Ability to work on-site M-F
