Rapidly growing, new startup manufacturing high-quality specialty seasoning/spice products elevating the culinary experience for its customers.

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Build and lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, manage client accounts, oversee sales operations, and drive business development initiatives. 
  • Manage existing accounts and establish new customers nationwide.  
  • This role is hybrid-remote requiring cyclical travel to corporate location in the New York City Area. 

Competencies Needed for Success:

  • 7+ years of relevant Sales experience with Food Ingredients for Retail, Foodservice, and Industrial accounts, including Private Label development. 
  • Specialty Food industry experience.
  • Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development skills. 
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience building a sales team preferred.
  • Startup experience preferred.
