Vice President of Sales, Foodservice Equipment

Kinsa is recruiting for a:  Vice President of  Sales – Foodservice equipment                        
Location: Metro New York City, NY onsite 1-2 days a week onsite initially

Our client is a leader in commercial foodservice equipment with a new opportunity for a Vice President of Sales- Restaurant Equipment  to join their team in New York.  As a senior leader, you will own the sales strategies, developing and implementing to optimize processes and steer the sales teams toward achieving exceptional results.  If you are an accomplished sales executive with a strong strategic mindset and leadership skills, this may be your next role!

*** 8+ years experience commerical equipment sales to the restaurant industry **

Compensation & Benefits:                                                                      

• Base salary range starting at $200K + potential bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• You will implement effective Sales strategies for every channel using effective Sales processes and guidelines
• Assist leadership to identify where profitability and margin need improvement and fix accordingly
• Be accountable for ensuring direct reports have and use CRM system effectively and that core values are maintained
•  

Experience Needed:                                                                                 

• 8+ years of commercial sales to the foodservice industry
• 5+ years of experience effectively managing a sales team
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and have a get it done attitude
