Kinsa is recruiting for a: Chief Commercial Officer – Refrigerated Display Equipment
Location: Remote in the USA or Canada
Our client is a manufacturer of refrigerated display merchandising equipment solutions for food and beverage. The mission for the Chief Commercial Officer [CCO] is to lead all sales and marketing functions as they grow both organically and through acquisitions, expanding product offerings, as well as market and geographic reach. The CCO will have responsibility for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with customers, generating new business opportunities and managing a high-performing commercial organization (10+ on the Sales, Marketing and Service team).

Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive $200,000+ compensation range

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

Drive customer acquisition while providing a positive and efficient customer experience from initial engagement to purchase completion

Clearly define territory and account management plans, setting goals, training and mentoring team members

Create monthly, quarterly and annual sales budget and forecasts, monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs
Competencies Needed for Success:
- 10+ years of sales and marketing experience in North America, including recent leadership / management capacity
- Experience selling (or buying) food service-related equipment, selling through distribution channel preferred
- Experience in grocery / retail, convenience store, vending services or similar sector of the food and beverage industry
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related; MBA a plus
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
