Kinsa is recruiting for a:  Sales Representative / Club Stores  
                                   

Location: Southeast, USA (Remote)

Our client is a large private label coffee roaster in the Midwest, USA. The mission for the Sales Representative is to focus on key account management and prospecting new customers in the Club Stores and Mass Merchandise business. You will be responsible for handling 60% of established club/retail business and for 40% prospecting for new customers and accounts.

  • Successful candidates MUST HAVE 3 years of sales experience to Club stores – Costco, Sam’s, BJ’s, etc.)

Compensation/Benefits:                                                                         

  • $75,000+ MINIMUM depending on experience
  • Commission

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Present and sell client’s products to Club, Mass Merchandise, and Farm and Fleet retailers.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships, as well as develop and maintain new customer accounts and relationships.
  • Prepare presentations for quarterly reviews with existing customers. Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Attend Trade Shows and marketing events as required.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

Competencies Needed for Success:                                                                                   

  • 3 years of sales experience selling to Club Stores – Costco, Farm & Fleet, Sam’s, BJ’s
  • Knowledge of sales promotion and advertising techniques and deliver presentations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image to the public.
  • Ability to travel significantly to local customers and to seek new accounts.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally overnight to develop business.
