Rapidly growing, international manufacturer of specialty seasonings and spices launching new branded products for retail/grocery markets in the Midwest region with a focus on retailers in Chicago, IL.
Newly created position! Remote, Chicagoland.
Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Launch new branded products and ensure successful introduction to retail markets in the Midwest region.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy driving sales performance.
- Ensure product gains strong visibility and acceptance among customers.
- Build relationships with Brokers, Distributors, and Retail/Grocery stores.
- Work with the CEO to implement sales strategies and align sales activities with overall business objectives.
Competencies Needed for Success:
- 5+ years of relevant CPG Sales and Business Development experience in the Midwest region. Shelf-Stable Foods preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience building and leading a sales team preferred.
Compensation:
- $110,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience.
- Bonus + Commission.
