Kinsa is recruiting for a QA Manager
Location: Ripon, WI (100% onsite, with relocation assistance)
Our client has over 50 years manufacturing popular treats. Their state-of-the-art facility in Ripon, WI is looking to add an FSQA Manager to their team. In this newly created position, you will oversee food safety and quality, manage the FSQA team and ensure compliance with all state, federal and regulatory standards.
- 3+ years of FSQA leadership. SQF, PCQI & HACCP certified highly preferred.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $110-115K base salary plus bonus.

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Responsible for day-to-day resolution of production quality-related issues.
- Manage and train Quality Assurance analysts.
- Back-up SQF Practitioner. Member of the HAACP/Food Safety Team.
- Maintain all FSQA SOPs, samples, records and documentation. Maintain proper inventory of QA supplies for testing.
- Assist Director of Quality with food safety and GMP training and inspections.
- Oversee maintenance of Training Matrix and Training.
Competencies Needed for Success:
- Relevant college degree highly preferred.
- 3+ years in an FSQA leadership role. 5+ years FSQA experience.
- SQF, PCQI, HACCP certifications preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
