Kinsa is recruiting for a: Key Account Manager, Private Label Dairy

Location: Remote (USA)

Our client is a global leader in value added ingredients and value added commodity products that are used in food, beverage, and dairy applications. They are looking to add a Key Account Manager, Private Label Dairy to their growing team.

Candidates Must Have Private Label sales experience, ideally with some experience in dairy-based product manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the business activity and the overall relationship with regional and global dairy processor accounts
• Prepare business reviews with customers including Quality, New Product Development [NPD], and Procurement teams. 
• Develop strategies to attain annual tonnage and profitability target.
• Responsible for negotiating annual customer pricing contracts and continuous updates throughout the year including raw material cost fluctuations and/or formula changes initiated by customer, R&D or Quality Assurance, utilizing cost modelling.
• Support the project management of NPD team dedicated to private label accounts.
• Complete monthly reports including sales and budget reports and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years minimum experience in Private Label Sales in the food industry.
• Preference for dairy-based product manufacturing industry contacts and knowledge.
• Technical experience in Food Science or R&D is a plus.
• Excellent organization, communication, project management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Computer skills in Power Point, Excel, Word, Windows.
• Bachelor’s degree.  Food Science and MBA a plus.
