Kinsa is recruiting for a: Food Service Account Manager – Specialty Beverages

Location: Remote (USA)

Our client is a global leader in value added ingredients and value added commodity products that are used in food, beverage, and dairy applications. They are looking to add a Food Service Account Manager – Specialty Beverages to their growing team.

Candidates must have Foodservice sales experience with specialty beverages (juices, fruit-based inclusions) calling on restaurant chains and QSR.

Compensation/Benefits:                                                      

• Competitive base salary $125-130K
• 30% bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly owning and building senior level relationships across restaurant chains and QSR.
• Commercial Food Service business P&L ownership & delivery against key performance measures aligned to company growth strategy targets.
• Commercial contract and long-term supply and innovation agreements negotiation to manage margin and create clear avenues for profitability.
• Peer to peer and across channel team communication and leadership to drive strategy and execution.
• Maintain strong knowledge of customer needs, market trends and consumer preferences, primarily within the beverage taste and nutrition category.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years food service sales experience within the specialty beverage category.
• Experience building strategic plans with demonstrated ability to turn them into clear compelling, actionable plans and results that deliver year on year growth.
• Allocate and leverage resources against priorities, collaborating with peers to maximize and focus technology and resources where needed.
• Make decisions informed by strong commercial understanding balanced with deep market and consumer insights.
• Strong people leader with demonstrated ability to build, optimize and develop teams.
