Kinsa is recruiting for a: National Account Manager – Consumer Goods

Location: Onsite in Greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin

As one of the world’s largest contract manufacturers of home, health and personal care goods, our client has an opportunity for a National Account Manager to join their team. You will develop relationships with current and potential customers to introduce contract manufacturing services and solutions. Tremendous opportunity for growth and advancement across departments in a fast-paced environment. The National Account Manager will report to the VP of sales and will not have direct reports.

Main Responsibilities in this role:

• You will maintain good relationships with current customers to meet or exceed customer satisfaction
• Develop proposals for customer projects to include pricing, labor, materials, and equipment needs
• Determine industry trends by examining sales reports that could potentially impact current customers, suppliers and the contract manufacturing industry
• Work cross-functionally to identify new solutions to existing customer product lines that could strengthen customer relationships
• Attend trade shows and observe the market for any new products being offered from domestic or foreign suppliers

Education/Experience

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Must have 5+ years of sales experience in a contract manufacturing environment
• Ability to understand market trends, as well as experience in new customer development
• Travel domestically to suppliers and customers
