Kinsa is recruiting for an eCommerce Manager
Location: Remote, US

Our client manufactures natural snacks with real, simple ingredients and less sugar. They are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join their expanding team. You will oversee website operations and merchandising, as well as managing third-party e-commerce businesses such as Amazon Marketplace. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting business objectives. Drawing on analytics, you will refine site performance, improve conversion rates, and drive innovation through testing and optimization.

  • 5+ years driving ecommerce for high growth, trending brands required, Excellent technical skills with Amazon, DTC and Google Analytics.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • $100-130k plus bonus and possible equity

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all eCommerce channels, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Amazon, and other online marketplaces (like walmart.com).
  • Monitor industry trends and opportunities, providing insights to the management team. Utilize sales and trend insights to forecast future demand. Provide performance reports with actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Establish and implement best practices for product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance. Optimize site navigation and product organization to improve user experience, product visibility, and sales. Track and analyze key site performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product categories. Lead and support the launch of the direct to consumer (DTC) business.
  • Lead merchandising strategy, including go-to-market plans for new product launches and ongoing content updates. Develop and manage a merchandising calendar (annual, quarterly, and weekly) aligned with key sales events and promotions.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, track emerging trends, and execute market expansion plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience driving ecommerce for high-growth, trending companies absolutely required. Ideally food or beverage.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or a related role, with familiarity in subscription business models.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to measure and optimize performance.
  • Proven ability to execute merchandising strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel (10%), including attending company meetings periodically.
