Newly created position due to growth!
Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Coordinate and implement the company’s strategic sales and marketing plans in the Northeast region.
- Provide sales growth, maintenance, technical services, and territory management of all sanitation account activity.
- Technically service all accounts according to the size of the account (annual sales) and stage of account development (i.e., startup, ongoing maintenance, or problem-solving status).
- Schedule sales, technical, and equipment support; product ordering and inventory maintenance.
- Develop sales and business development strategies and plans that will grow the business.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Competencies Needed for Success:
- 3-5+ years of relevant Sanitation, Quality Assurance, and/or Operations Management experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Dairy, Meat, Poultry, Produce, and Alcoholic Beverage manufacturing preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong CIP and sanitation knowledge.
- Food processing equipment and membrane experience.
- Travel: 40-60%
Compensation/Benefits:
- $95,000 – 120,000 Base + Commission
