Kinsa is recruiting for a Marketing Manager
Location: Schaumburg, Illinois (hybrid)
Summary:
Our client is a manufacturer of quality baked goods for the national foodservice and in-store-bakery markets. They are looking for an experienced and Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for their foodservice breakfast portfolio. You’ll play a key role in defining how client tells its story to operators, distributors, and other key decision-makers. With a deep understanding of the foodservice industry and customer needs, you’ll help shape messaging, launch new products, and drive demand for their frozen breakfast line.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the foodservice market.
Compensation/Benefits:
- 120-130K

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of product marketing or brand management experience in foodservice or food manufacturing.
• Proven success in launching and marketing food products in the foodservice channel.
• Strong knowledge of operator needs, distributor relationships, and the sales process in foodservice.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Strategic mindset with a strong analytical orientation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across departments.
