Kinsa is recruiting for a: Sr. Enterprise Sales Representative – Foodservice Products
Location: Remote (US/Canada-based, with regular travel to customer locations – 50%)

Our client is a mission-driven innovator in the foodservice industry, focused on eliminating waste through a breakthrough line of sustainable cups and straws. Already used in over 4,000 North American coffee shops, QSRs, and enterprise chains, they’re scaling fast and working with major brands across the continent.

As they expand, they are seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Representative to lead full-cycle sales efforts with mid-market and enterprise clients—turning strong inbound interest and warm SDR leads into long-term, high-value partnerships. If you’ve sold a disruptive product before, especially in foodservice or CPG, this role will feel like home.

Candidates MUST HAVE experience in full-cycle B2B sales in foodservice industry and a proven track record closing mid-to-large deals (>$200k). Paper products (cups, plates, etc.) and/or sustainable packaging sales experience is a STRONG plus.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • $100k – $115k base salary + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Own and close deals in the $30K–$1M+ ARR range with QSRs, cafés, and foodservice chains
  • Build trust with VP-level buyers across Operations, Procurement, and Marketing
  • Guide prospects through samples, trials, pricing, and rollout decisions
  • Travel regularly to meet with key accounts, especially during trial and rollout stages
  • Manage and prioritize warm leads generated from SDR outreach, inbound, LinkedIn, trade shows, and founder referrals
  • Navigate objections around innovation, pricing, and performance with confidence
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline visibility in HubSpot
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff post-close

Competencies Needed for Success:

  • 3–7 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in foodservice or CPG
  • Proven success closing $50K–$500K+ deals
  • Experience selling new, disruptive, or sustainable products
  • Comfortable tailoring pricing models and building custom quotes
  • Self-starter mindset—thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communicator with excellent follow-up discipline
  • Willingness to travel to close key deals and support account growth
