Kinsa is recruiting for a: Foodservice Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Preferred: Northeast or Texas)

Our client is a long-standing premium food manufacturer with products found in grocery, deli, convenience, and foodservice channels across the country. Their brands have built a loyal following over generations through quality, innovation, and strong customer partnerships. As the Foodservice Sales Manager, you will be proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing both broker partnerships and direct customer relationships. Working in a fast-paced sales environment, you must be able to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and help grow an evolving channel strategy across convenience store and foodservice markets.

  • 5+ years relevant sales experience in convenience store and/or foodservice channels required; experience managing brokers, calling on accounts directly, and growing business within food & beverage or CPG environments highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $120-125k base salary plus 15% bonus potential

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Manage and develop broker relationships across targeted markets.
  • Drive new business growth within convenience stores.
  • Expand existing partnerships with regional and national accounts.
  • Build relationships with distributors, operators, and key channel decision makers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives leading into major industry opportunities and events.

Competencies Needed for Success:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within convenience store and/or foodservice channels.
  • Proven experience managing brokers and calling on accounts directly.
  • Strong industry relationships with distributors, regional chains, or national accounts preferred.
  • Comfortable in a hunter-style role focused on building and growing business.
  • CPG or food & beverage sales experience preferred.
  • Exposure to both retail and foodservice environments preferred.
