SEEKING A ROLE AS: Sales Leader of a functional ingredients company, servicing food and beverage manufacturers.

IN LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI. Open to remote or hybrid travel for other locations.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 12+ years of sales leadership experience with functional food and beverage ingredients.
– Managed North American sales for global key accounts, including Tyson Foods, Smithfield Foods, Kerry, Glanbia, Coca Cola, JBS, and Kraft Heinz.
– Managed the implementation of new product launches specifically in the meat industry utilizing fermentation technology (lactic, acetic, propionic).
– Successful track record of improving EBITDA and net profit from sales annually.

COMPENSATION: $160-175k plus incentives.

EDUCATION: BS degree in Business Administration
