IN LOCATION: Currently living in California and willing to travel as needed for a remote/travel sales position.

– 25+ Years of Sales Leadership: Extensive experience in CPG, Foodservice, and Produce, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
– Strategic Market Growth: Led high-impact sales initiatives across retail, club, and foodservice sectors, managing major U.S. and Mexico accounts, including Costco, Albertsons, HEB, Sysco, Walmart, and Sam’s Club.
– Revenue & Category Expansion: Delivered 46% YOY growth at Costco and 153% growth at Albertsons by securing and launching new incremental product offerings.
– Product Innovation & Commercialization: Managed end-to-end product lifecycles in Produce, Deli, and Meal Prep/Kit, aligning innovation with market demand to drive sales.
– P&L & Team Leadership: Managed a $300MM P&L while leading and developing teams of 2–6 employees and overseeing broker partners to maximize performance.
– Culinary & Consumer Trends Expertise: Partnered with chefs to create on-trend, innovative products, strengthening category relevance and competitive positioning.

EDUCATION: BS in Business Administration

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on incentives, but likely in the $200,000 range plus incentives.
