PROFILE: Experienced National Sales Manager with a hunter mentality. 15 years of sales, marketing and advertising experience in multiple sectors, most notably in CPG. An independent self-starter, as well as a collaborative team leader with a demonstrated and successful sales, advertising, and marketing track record.
IN LOCATION: Currently living in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Open to travel 40%.

– CPG Sales, Marketing, and Advertising Management
– New Account Acquisition, Existing Account Management, Distributor and Broker Management
– DSD and Alternative Retail Procurement
– Sales and Data Analysis- IRI, Spins, Nielsen
– P&L, ROI, and Quantitative and Qualitative Marketing Analysis
– Advertising Campaigns, Promotional Planning and Trade Spend
– Private Label Partnerships, Club Store, Grocery, alternative Retail, and Food Service Sales
– Helped Grow a start-up CPG company from $0M to $40M, as well as several other small and mid-sized CPG companies. Demonstrated sales and revenue growth YOY.
– Passionate about brands with clean labels, “better for you” products, and on-trend categories and products.
– Managed up to 7 people with direct reports, mentoring all team members and setting KPIs that track for success for them and the company.
– Planned and executed all of the national and regional trade shows. Data and presentations created to drive sales at account reviews. Cross departmental collaboration with marketing and operation.
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $140,000-$160,000 range depending on incentives.
