PROFILE:
A results-driven foodservice sales leader with over 15 years of experience in business development, account management, and strategic territory growth across multi-state regions. Known for consistently exceeding revenue targets, strengthening client relationships, and driving long-term business partnerships. Bilingual and classically trained in culinary arts, bringing a deep understanding of both product and customer needs.

SEEKING A ROLE AS:
Sales/Business Development Manager in a food and beverage or CPG company with customers in foodservice, grocery, and/ or distribution channels.

IN LOCATION:
Currently living in New York City Metro Area – Willing to travel as needed.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 15+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry, including B2B sales, client relationship management, and territory expansion

– Sales and business development skills include contract negotiation, lead generation, CRM utilization (Salesforce, NetSuite), and event representation

– Managed regional sales territories and served as the lead point of contact for large GPO clients

– Responsible for growing multimillion-dollar product portfolios through new business acquisition

– Classically trained in culinary arts and certified as an Executive Chef

EDUCATION:
– Associate of Science in Restaurant and Culinary Management – The Culinary Institute of America
– Certified Executive Chef (C.E.C) – American Culinary Federation

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and role responsibilities, but likely in the $95,000 – $115,000 base salary range plus incentives.
