SEEKING A ROLE AS:
Foodservice-Retail Business Development Leader in a small or mid-sized company
Focused on Frozen Bakery, Healthier-for-You Snacks, Organic Products (Open to other F&B / CPG as well)
IN LOCATION:
Currently based in Oldsmar, FL (Tampa Bay Area)
Open to relocation and up to 50% travel
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 10+ years of experience in the foodservice and retail food industry, including premium product launches, sales strategy, and distributor development
– Category expertise in frozen bakery, better-for-you snacks, teas, yogurt, and clean-label products
– Managed teams of up to 10 direct reports, including field marketing reps and broker partners
– Responsible for growing product portfolios from $600K to $2.9M in revenue and surpassing sales goals by 25%+ quarter over quarter
– Classically trained in field sales, brand development, foodservice account management, and ingredient costing
EDUCATION:
A.S., Legal/Business – Summa Cum Laude, St. Petersburg College, Clearwater, FL
A.A., Business/Liberal Arts – Rowan College at Burlington County, Pemberton, NJ
COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $80,000 to $100,000 range plus incentives.
