SEEKING A ROLE AS:
Executive Sales or Marketing Manager within a foodservice, hospitality, or food distribution company—ideally one with a focus on retail, foodservice, education, healthcare, or institutional channels.

IN LOCATION:
Based in San Jose, CA – open to roles requiring up to 50% travel.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:

– 15+ years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, with deep expertise in sales, client management, and operations.
– Strong background in institutional and foodservice sales, particularly within the K–12 education and healthcare sectors.
– Proven record managing multimillion-dollar territories and portfolios—responsible for $4–5M+ annually in food sales.
– Successfully grew territories and retained high-volume accounts through strategic relationship-building and hands-on client support.
– Team leadership experience, including oversight of 10+ direct reports and cross-functional collaboration with chefs, kitchen teams, and logistics.
– Launched quality assurance initiatives and helped companies earn FDA certifications (e.g., HACCP).
– Knowledgeable in food compliance, USDA nutrition standards, and sustainable packaging for meal delivery.
– Classically trained in foodservice sales with leading distributors including US Foods, Performance Food Group, and Birite Food Distribution.

COMPENSATION: Targeting $100,000+ annually, plus benefits, commissions, and potential for performance bonuses.
