IN LOCATION: Currently living in the Chicago, IL area (Glenview, north of the city) — Not open to relocating but open to travel as needed

SKILLS:
– 20 years of marketing & innovation leadership experience, including
– End-to-end Marketing Expertise: Strategy Development, Brand Building, P&L Ownership, Innovation Pipeline Development, Commercialization
– Managed a team of 9 members with three direct reports
– Diverse background includes a range of categories & market positions in food & non-food

EDUCATION: MBA from University of Maryland- College Park

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation likely in the $240,000 range plus incentives
