Seeking a role as: Maintenance Manager or Director of Maintenance

In Location: Currently living in Brownsville, TX — open to relocation to anywhere in the US.

Skills:

  • Extensive experience elevating maintenance departments and teams to a highly professional level through development, training, and hands-on direction, as well as providing encouragement, coaching or discipline when required.
  • Expert Skills include equipment repair, preventative maintenance, facility management, electrical, mechanical, welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, refrigeration, CMMS, Programable Logic Controls, FANUC robotics, budget management, inventory management, fabrication, root cause analysis, OSHA/safety protocols, USDA and FDA regulations, sanitation, bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Managed maintenance teams of 5 to 35 direct reports with oversight of multiple facilities.
  • 3 years of formal training in mechanical and electrical technology and management.

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $130,000 range plus incentives

Education:  Mechanical/Electrical Technology & Management certification
