Director of Operations, GM, Regional Manufacturing Leader (Ohio or Relocation) – Refrigerated & Frozen Foods, Seafood, Dairy, Snack Foods, Confectionery

 

Seeking a role as: Director of Operations, General Manager, or Regional Manufacturing Leader in Food Manufacturing.
In Location: Currently living in Ohio and open to relocation anywhere in the USA.
Skills:

  • 15+ years of Plant Management experience with value-added food manufacturing, including major CPG branded products for food service and retail customers.
  • Managed leadership teams of up to 7 direct reports and two plant locations with 650 employees total.
  • P&L responsibilities up to $200M.

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities. Open to $180,000+ base plus incentives.
Education: BS degree in Business Administration. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. SQF Certification. BRC Internal Training.
