Specification
- A Kinsa Group Account Manager reviews your open position(s).
- We provide a complimentary consult on compensation, search criteria, climate of the current marketplace, and expected recruiting timeline.
- We introduce you to a Kinsa Group Recruiter who creates a promotional summary of your company and position, to effectively market the opportunity.
Identification
- Your Recruiter formulates a robust plan identifying a pool of prospective candidates, either locally or nationwide depending on your specifications.
Recruiting
- Your Recruiter contacts and interviews candidates sourced from Kinsa Group’s active food and beverage talent database of over 50,000 professionals, as well as cold calling target companies, referrals, social networks, and websites.
Assessment
- Your Recruiter assesses the candidates’ performance in the specialty skills of the position, their results achieved in prior roles, and their overall predictors of success then shares this information with you, along with a resume, for the most qualified individuals.
Evaluation
- Your Recruiter arranges interviews, prepares your interviewers, promptly conveys feedback, and consults with you regarding your feedback and next steps.
Employment Agreement
- Your Recruiter works with you to design an offer that includes compensation components, relocation assistance if applicable, transition, and a start date.
- Your Recruiter will extend the offer, mediate negotiations, secure acceptance, and coach the candidate through resignation.

Priority
- Exclusive arrangement between Client and Kinsa to recruit candidates for job opening
- Placement fee is a percentage of first-year base salary
- Typically engagement fee of 20% of estimated placement fee requested up-front to launch search
- Guarantees at least three candidates you select to interview
- Guaranteed replacement if necessary within 90 days
- Terms for partial refund within our 1-year guarantee
- Discounts may be given for multiple hires in calendar year
Contingency
- Non-exclusive arrangement between Client and Kinsa to recruit candidates for job opening
- Placement fee is a percentage of first-year base salary
- Guaranteed replacement if necessary within 90 days
- Terms for full or partial refund within our 1-year guarantee
Retained
- Exclusive arrangement between Client and Kinsa to recruit candidates for job opening
- Placement fee is a percentage of first-year guaranteed compensation, typically base salary
- Payment is due in thirds—first to launch, second at interview stage, and third upon hire
- Written summary of search results to date provided throughout the process
- Guarantees at least three candidates you select to interview
- Includes Caliper behavior profile results for finalists
- Includes video interview with a Kinsa Recruiter (may be recorded for Client viewing)
- Caliper individual development plan provided for new hire
- Guaranteed replacement if necessary within 180 days
- Terms for partial refund within our 1-year guarantee
Contract/Services
- Customized packages available for temporary contract labor to senior-level consultant
- Placement fee for an Independent Contractor (1099) is a percentage over the Contractor’s hourly/project fee for project duration
- Fees for portions of Kinsa’s service offerings in 10-hour increments
