  • Recruited, hired, and orchestrated training for a high-performing management team in a business startup that exceeded all 5-year projected production goals and KPIs within the first 3 years of operation
  • Managed teams of up to 42 direct reports
  • Managed operations for Human Resources, EHS, Security, Food Service, Training, and Janitorial Service departments
  • Achieved three consecutive A+ 100% scores on Environmental Health Inspections

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $130,000 range plus incentives
