Vice President of Sales / National Sales Manager (Milwaukee WI) – Dairy, Frozen Foods, Meat, Seafood, CPG
Seeking a role as: Vice President of Sales or Senior Sales leadership in the food and beverage industry.
In Location: Currently living in Milwaukee WI and will work in office locally. Open to remote work with travel.
Skills:
- Extensive experience with foods, including grocery, dairy, frozen, meat, and seafood products throughout numerous different categories.
- Skills include: Sales, Leadership, Private Label, All classes of trade, Broker management, P&L Statement, Budgeting, Planning, KPI Development
- Managed teams of up to 15 direct reports.
- Responsible for product portfolios of $250M+ in revenue.
- Classically trained in Microsoft Office Package, Salesforce, Monday, and numerous management trainee programs throughout my career.
Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $200,000 range plus incentives
Education: Bachelor of Science in Marketing, UW – LaCrosse
