SEEKING A ROLE AS:
Chief People Officer, SVP People, or VP/SVP Human Resources for a food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods company. While fully qualified to lead the People function, she is equally interested in joining a larger organization in a senior HR leadership role where she can partner with executive leadership, influence business strategy, and make a significant organizational impact.
LOCATION:
Currently living in the New York metro area. Open to relocation throughout the Northeast for the right opportunity. Hybrid preferred.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
This candidate is a highly accomplished executive HR leader with more than 15 years of experience partnering with founders, CEOs, presidents, and Boards of Directors to build scalable people strategies that fuel organizational growth. She has successfully led HR transformations within high-growth consumer products organizations, bringing expertise across corporate, manufacturing, warehouse, field, and retail environments while aligning people strategy with business performance.
– Over 15 years of executive Human Resources leadership experience across food & beverage, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, wine & spirits, and beauty organizations.
– Currently leads enterprise People strategy for a rapidly growing food manufacturer, supporting 450+ employees while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
– Successfully built and scaled organizations supporting revenue growth from $250 million to $750 million while expanding headcount from 85 to more than 350 employees.
– Proven track record leading organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, executive coaching, talent strategy, total rewards, employee engagement, and culture transformation.
– Increased employee engagement scores from 53 to 86, reduced regrettable turnover by more than 50%, and significantly reduced agency recruiting costs by building high-performing internal talent acquisition capabilities.
– Extensive experience leading HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Internal Communications, Facilities, EHS, DE&I, and People Operations while managing multi-disciplinary teams across North America, South America, and the Caribbean.

COMPENSATION:
Seeking an executive compensation package including a base salary in the $350,000 range, plus incentive compensation, commensurate with the scope and impact of the role.
