About Our Client:
Our client is a rapidly growing, innovative beverage manufacturing company looking for a Plant Site Manager With a revenue just under $50 million, they focus on delivering high-quality, refrigerated products to major retailers and are in the process of professionalizing their operations and culture.

What Our Client Offers You:

• Salary: $150,000 – $170,000
• Bonus Package: 20%

What You’ll Do:
As the Plant Manager, you will be the hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cold-pressed juice facility. Your role is vital in maintaining and evolving the production culture while managing key operational changes such as bringing HPP in-house and potential facility relocation. You will:

• Own day-to-day plant execution and lead a cross-functional manufacturing team.
• Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Establish and manage KPIs, reporting cadences, and operate as a culture ambassador.
• Support scale-up efforts with single or double shifts and manage change related to equipment and facility upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with the Controller and other leadership team members to ensure operational and financial effectively.

Qualifications You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in food/beverage manufacturing
• Experience leading growth, process improvements, or scaling operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems and establishing KPIs
• Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred, with demonstrated success leading multilingual workforces
• Ability to relocate to Cleveland, OH, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
