What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• A minimum of 10 years of high-level experience in industrial baking, including executive, VP, or senior operational roles.
• Deep understanding of bakery workflows, flour and ingredient dynamics, and technical production variables.
• Proven ability to analyze large-scale bakery operations, identify bottlenecks, and recommend cost-effective improvements.
• Extensive network within the industry to facilitate connections with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to align technological innovations with real-world operational challenges.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in consultancy or advisory roles within the baking or food-tech sectors.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, procurement strategies, and contract negotiations with flour millers.
• Background in market analysis and strategic business development.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Baking Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of senior-level experience in large-scale industrial baking operations or consulting.

Other Requirements:

• This is a remote, project-based consulting position with no relocation required.
