Project Launch Coordinator – Detroit, MI (On-Site)

About Our Client:
Our client is a beverage company operating multiple facilities across the U.S., including their newest location in Detroit, MI. As a Project Launch Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the onboarding, commercialization, and launch of new customer production runs.
 

What Our Client Offers You:

  • Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
  • Bonus Package: Up to 4%

What You’ll Do:
Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients, driving successful product launches from concept to production. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for new customer launches, product introductions, and commercialization projects.
  • Develop and communicate project timelines, milestones, and launch readiness plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, planning, quality, and operations to meet launch objectives.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring all documentation, specifications, and approvals are completed prior to production.
  • Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of ingredients and packaging materials.
  • Support product trials, validation runs, and first-production activities, proactively managing risks and issues.

Qualifications You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination, customer onboarding, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in beverage, food manufacturing, co-packing, or CPG industries a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Infor, or Odoo.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
