Our client is a rapidly growing beverage manufacturing company specializing in coffee, tea, and beverage solutions. Operating from SQF-certified facilities, they serve major retailers, convenience stores, foodservice providers, airlines, and hospitality organizations across North America.

What You’ll Do:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the vital link ensuring smooth operations across inventory, logistics, and production. Your role will be instrumental in managing the flow of materials and shipments, supporting the company’s growth and efficiency.

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Book freight with carriers and negotiate rates to optimize costs.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and generate operational reports.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and proactively resolve bottlenecks to keep shipments moving.

Qualifications You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse, or manufacturing systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory valuation, costing, and BOM maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
