SEEKING A ROLE AS:
Hospitality Training, Learning & Development, or Guest Experience Leader within a food, hospitality, or service-based organization. Particularly interested in roles focused on building and implementing training programs, developing teams, and improving service delivery at scale.

Seasoned hospitality leader with 25+ years of experience spanning training, operations, sales, and high-touch customer environments. She brings a strong ability to assess organizational needs, develop targeted training strategies, and implement scalable programs that drive measurable improvements in team performance and guest experience.
– Proven success designing and implementing custom training programs and curriculum for both frontline staff and leadership teams
– Skilled in conducting operational and service assessments, identifying performance gaps, and building structured solutions to improve consistency and execution
– Experience supporting multi-unit and high-volume environments, including luxury dining, private clubs, and large-scale hospitality operations
– Led and developed teams of 20+ staff, including trainers, event planners, and service personnel
– Managed and contributed to revenue-generating operations with budgets up to $5 million, balancing financial performance with service excellence
– Strong background in instructional leadership and workforce development, with hands-on experience in higher education and professional training environments
– Known for a relationship-driven leadership style, with the ability to coach, mentor, and elevate teams at all levels
– Classically trained in hospitality and tourism management, with certifications including CMP and CHE
COMPENSATION:
Targeting a base salary in the $95,000–$110,000 range, depending on scope, structure, and flexibility.
