IN LOCATION: Currently living in the Seattle Metro Area of Washington. Open to relocation for the right opportunity and willing to travel up to 50%.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20+ years of leadership experience in beverage and CPG industries
– Expertise in sales strategy, distributor partnerships, key account management, and route-to-market execution
– Managed and developed teams of 20+ in sales, marketing, and distribution
– Oversaw P&L and scaled a craft brewery from $30K to $9M+ revenue
– Launched and grew an RTD alcohol brand in a competitive category
– Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, promotional execution, and syndicated data analytics
– Strong communicator and engaging presenter with proven influence across stakeholders
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $140,000–$180,000 range plus incentives.
