IN LOCATION: Based in Miami, FL. Willing to relocate nationwide and travel as needed.

PROFILE:
A seasoned CFO and Senior Finance Executive with 20+ years of progressive leadership experience across multi-entity food manufacturing, including frozen and refrigerated CPG environments. Brings deep expertise in strategic financial planning, cost accounting, Lean finance practices, ERP transformation, and multi-site operational finance leadership. Proven ability to drive profitability, improve cash flow, optimize inventory and production systems, and lead cross-border financial operations.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20+ years of senior finance leadership including CFO and Financial Controller roles within multi-entity food manufacturing environments.
– Directed financial operations for manufacturing organizations, applying Lean finance principles to optimize production cost structures and reduce close cycles by 30%.
– Led ERP implementations (SAP, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics), integrating inventory, warehousing, and production systems to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
– Managed full-cycle financial operations including AP, AR, payroll, cost accounting, inventory, landed cost analysis, fixed assets, and multi-entity reporting.
– Strengthened compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and international financial reporting requirements across U.S., Canada, Mexico, and European markets.
– Established standard costing models and process-level cost analysis (labor, shipping, raw materials, waste) to maximize margin performance.
– Directed audits and maintained strong internal control frameworks, reducing financial risk and improving reporting accuracy.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $185,000 – $210,000 range depending on total compensation package, incentive structure, and scope of responsibility.
