IN LOCATION: Open to relocation, travel up to 50%

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 15+ years of experience in CPG, including
– R&D skills include flavors, sensory, strategic product design.
– 6 years managing employees, extensive experience leading cross-functional teams.
– Driving over $80 million in revenue growth through 75 product portfolio.
– Started chemistry career in explosives but quickly shifted into food flavors.

EDUCATION: Bachelors, Masters and PhD in Food Science/Chemistry from Cornell University

COMPENSATION: $160-200k depending on the company, opportunity and incentives.
