This candidate is a highly experienced sales and business development executive specializing in sales operations leadership, organizational training, and high-performance team building within industrial and manufacturing sectors. His career highlights include driving significant revenue and EBITDA growth, expanding global customer relationships, and leading strategic initiatives across multiple industries.

– Over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, particularly in automation equipment, industrial coatings, and process manufacturing segments.
– Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of direct reports, with extensive experience in sales team development, strategic planning, and operational management.
– Proven track record of managing revenue streams exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars, including growth initiatives that doubled sales in key segments such as baggage handling automation and industrial coatings.
– Classically trained in consultative and strategic selling methodologies, including Win-Win Selling and Transforming Organizational Performance.
– Background as a transformational executive leader with CEO / President experience in organizational startups, Board of Directors development, and strategic vision execution.

EDUCATION
A Doctoral degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, a MBA in Business Administration from Tiffin University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bluffton University. He also earned certifications as a Certified Sales Leader, in Strategic Selling Methodology, and as a Global Instructor for organizational performance transformation.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $180,000 range plus incentives, aligned with responsibilities and industry standards, especially considering his strategic leadership and extensive experience.
