SEEKING A ROLE AS: General Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company in Food Service, Hospitality or Operations.

IN LOCATION: Currently living near Philadelphia, PA. Open to travel and hybrid work.

His extensive experience in high-volume food and beverage management makes him a prime candidate for leadership roles in food processing environments seeking operational excellence and growth.

• Over 25+ years of experience in restaurant management and food service operations, including segments such as institutional, catering, and hospitality.
• Expertise in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis, consistently driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
• Proven success in leading multi-million dollar food and beverage operations, with revenues exceeding $14M.
• Skilled in developing and executing training programs that increase productivity, revenue, and profit margins.
• Adept at managing diverse teams, including direct reports and cross-functional staff, fostering strong teamwork and leadership.
• Classically trained in food safety and sanitation, holding a SERV Safe certification from Millersville University.

EDUCATION: College Studies, ServSafe Certification

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the range of $80,000 plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and cost of living.
