A highly experienced Formulation Scientist with 15+ years of progressive expertise in nutraceuticals and dietary supplements. Specialized in developing innovative capsule, tablet, powder, and tincture formulations that meet regulatory, quality, and market demands. Brings strong knowledge of raw material sourcing, vendor qualification, quality control, and pilot-scale commercialization. Equally effective in technical R&D environments and customer-facing roles, providing scientific support to sales and marketing teams to drive product success.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 15+ years of hands-on formulation development across capsules, tablets, powders, tinctures, collagen liquids, and specialty nutraceutical products.
– Successfully formulated and reformulated 50+ dietary supplement products across immunity, cognitive, liver, kidney, and energy categories.
– Supported commercialization efforts by collaborating with pilot labs, drafting master batch records, and optimizing production trials.
– Strong regulatory expertise including FDA labeling guidance, dietary supplement compliance, COA verification, and vendor qualification.
– Reviewed out-of-specification results and implemented corrective actions in partnership with QC teams.
– Increased company sales by 350% over five years through combined formulation innovation and technical sales leadership.
– Experienced in customer-facing roles, providing scientific explanations to support Amazon listings, marketing campaigns, and direct client consultations.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $80,000 – $90,000 range depending on incentive structure and overall compensation package.
