Kinsa is recruiting for a: Sr. National Account Manager / Beverage
Location: Coastal Mid-Atlantic region (Onsite/Hybrid with Travel)
Our client is a leading beverage manufacturer and is seeking an ONSITE Senior National Account Executive to manage and grow key strategic partnerships within the QSR and corporate/private label segment. You will be serving as the primary account owner for high-value national accounts while driving commercial performance, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities across a complex, multi-channel environment.
- MUST HAVE 7+ years of experience in CPG National Account management in QSR, private label, or foodservice channels.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $155,000 – $175,000 Base salary (Negotiable higher for right candidate)
- 20% Bonus Target

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Serve as the primary account owner and business lead for major national accounts, ensuring alignment on commercial goals, product expectations, and supply chain performance.
- Lead account planning including forecasting, pricing strategy, contract management, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Manage revenue, volume, and profitability performance while providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, quality, and category management teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, QA, supply chain, and R&D to ensure product specifications, service levels, and delivery expectations are consistently met.
- Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis related to service, quality, or operational challenges.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities including new product offerings, process improvements, and expansion of corporate brand partnerships.
Competencies Needed for Success:
- 7+ years of experience managing large, complex national accounts within CPG, foodservice, QSR, or private label environments.
- Proven track record of owning and growing high-value customer relationships, including pricing, forecasting, and margin management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and operational requirements for large customers.
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, QA, R&D, finance, and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with executive-level presence.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience interpreting P&Ls, forecasts, and cost models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
