Join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Manager, Foodservice, where you will lead the charge in expanding our presence across national foodservice channels. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution to build and scale revenue in a high-growth, competitive industry. What our client offers:
- $130,000 – $150,000 Base salary (Negotiable higher for right candidate)

What you will do:
- Develop and execute national foodservice sales strategies focused on revenue growth, market expansion, and distributor penetration.
- Build and manage relationships with major foodservice distributors, brokers, and multi-unit operator accounts.
- Secure new distributor authorizations, product placements, and pull-through sales initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and manage regional broker networks while driving accountability and market performance.
- Lead negotiations related to pricing, programs, contracts, and distributor incentives.
- Coordinate trade shows, promotions, and market-facing sales initiatives while monitoring competitive activity and market trends.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to support forecasting, production alignment, and scalable sales growth processes.
What you bring:
- 7–15+ years of foodservice sales experience, including direct responsibility for distributor and key account relationships.
- Proven success driving national or regional foodservice growth within CPG or food manufacturing environments.
- Experience with frozen foods, ethnic foods, or foodservice contract feeder channels preferred.
- Strong relationships across foodservice distributors, brokers, and multi-unit operators highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable sales processes and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
