SEEKING A ROLE AS: VP of Sales, Senior Director of Sales, or Director of Sales Planning with a regional or national scope. Prefer small to medium-sized FMCG companies with revenues between $200 million and $2 billion.
IN LOCATION: Currently based in Cincinnati, OH. Open to relocation within the Midwest (e.g., Chicago) or the East Coast, with a preference for New England.
CORE COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
– Extensive expertise in Food and Beverage products across various temperature categories – Center Store/Shelf-Stable, Refrigerated, Frozen, and Fresh, Frozen and Prepared protein products (Beef, Pork, Poultry & Seafood).
– Proficient in navigating multiple trade channels such as Mass, Traditional Retail (national & regional), and Alternate Channels (e.g., Hardware).
– Cross-functional Team Leadership with a proven track record in developing and leading cross-functional teams of up to 15 members, including six direct reports.
– Business Development responsibility for brands ranging from $2 million to over $250 million and Customer team portfolios exceeding $340 million in revenue
– Change Management, Joint Business Planning, New Product Execution, Customer Relationship Building, Trade Strategy/Revenue Growth Management, P&L Ownership, eCommerce/Digital Marketing, Insights-based Storytelling
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $200,000 to $250,000 range plus incentives
EDUCATION and Professional Development:
– Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
– Completed the Food Executive Program at Cornell University.
