SEEKING A ROLE AS: Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager for a CPG company in the food or non-food industries.
PROFILE: Accomplished sales leader with 16+ years of experience driving growth in food, pharmaceutical, and tobacco industries. Proven track record in managing large territories, developing people, and consistently exceeding performance targets. Recognized for integrity, strategic planning, and ability to lead high-performing teams across diverse product categories.
IN LOCATION: Currently living near Dover in Morris County, NJ. Open to relocation to East Coast, Midwest, or South Coast. Open to extensive travel.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 16 years of sales experience across food, pharmaceutical, and tobacco industries
– 15 years of people management experience with 5–7 direct reports and 60+ sales representatives
– Led the Northeast team in sales performance for 3 consecutive years
– Managed territories ranging from $250M to $800M in annual sales
– Selected by senior leadership to plan and execute a two-day Executive Leadership visit that successfully expanded the sales organization
– Fluent in English and Spanish; experienced in cross-cultural communication
EDUCATION:
– Master’s in Corporate and Public Communication, Seton Hall University;
– Bachelor’s in Journalism, Sacred Heart University
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $100,000+ range plus incentives.
