Role – Senior Human Resources Generalist
Location – Weston, Oregon (On-Site)

- Salary: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00

What You’ll Do: As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you’ll be a trusted partner to plant leaders and employees helping drive talent strategy, employee and labor relations, compliance and engagement across the facility.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire orientation to support facility staffing needs
- Partner with managers and Corporate HR to coach on interviewing and ensure consistent hiring practices
- Manage employee relations and investigations, including corrective actions and documentation to ensure compliance with employment laws
- Oversee benefits and leave programs, maintain accurate HRIS/personnel records, and support wellness initiatives
- Lead labor relations activities, including grievances, interpreting the labor agreement, preparing job postings, and participating on the bargaining committee
- Coordinate seasonal workforce processes, including migrant labor planning, compliance requirements, and agency relationships
Qualifications You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (required)
- 5+ years of HR experience (required), preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in labor relations, including contract interpretation and grievance management (required)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, etc.)
- SHRM-CP, PHR certification, or previous supervisory experience (preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
