This candidate is a highly experienced brand strategist and innovation leader with over 20 years of specialization in the consumer packaged goods and food industry, particularly within the dairy-alternative segment. She has a proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that deliver sustainable growth and market differentiation. Candidate brings a comprehensive skill set that includes brand equity and engagement, innovation pipeline management, cross-functional team leadership, and financial acumen to own P&L responsibilities.

• Brand Strategy, Equity & Engagement: Expertise in elevating brand identity, driving brand loyalty, and refining brand KPIs based on consumer insights and market data.
• Innovation Pipeline & Portfolio Development: Proven success in leading stage-gate process development, managing innovation roadmaps, and aligning portfolio architecture with brand and regulatory standards.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Partner Collaboration: Skilled at fostering high-trust internal and external collaborations across Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Business & Financial Acumen: Adept at owning P&L, developing business cases, optimizing margins, and resource allocation to support profitable growth.
• Management & Team Development: Collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring teams and creating high-performance cultures.

EDUCATION: Candidate holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado.

COMPENSATION:
Required base salary starts at $200,000, dependent on responsibilities and overall compensation package, plus incentives.
