– Delivered significant savings and efficiency while maintaining (or increasing) quality and consumer appeal
– Led cross-functional teams of 25+ across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to drive breakthrough product development, modernization, and operational excellence
– Builder of people-first organizations: founded enterprise culture programs, mentored diverse leaders, and fostered intersectional connections between networks

EDUCATION: Master of Science in Food Science

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $250K range plus incentives
