Brand Marketing Director – Hybrid (Long Island, NY)

What Our Client Offers You:

  • Salary Range: $140,000 – $160,000 (Negotiable higher for the right candidate)
  • Bonus Package: 20% bonus target

What You’ll Do:
As the Brand Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to elevate our client’s brand presence. Your role is pivotal in driving consumer awareness, trial, and loyalty through disruptive campaigns and strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to craft compelling content and impactful activations. Your expertise will help position the brand as the go-to snack brand of our time, resonating with diverse audiences from Gen Z to health-conscious moms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Managing brand partnerships with sports leagues, celebrities, and media outlets to boost visibility and engagement
  • Overseeing social media, influencer marketing, PR, and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer insights to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities
  • Leading creative development, content calendars, and performance reporting
  • Managing cross-functional collaboration with sales, e-commerce, and operations teams

Qualifications You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing/brand management within a CPG environment, preferably in startup settings
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a marketing team
  • Proven success in building disruptive, growth-driving campaigns for consumer brands
  • Strong expertise in social media strategy, influencer marketing and campaign analytics
  • Passion for snacks, wellness, pop culture and influencer networks
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
